Our Story
Complete Game has grown steadily since the first teams were formed in 2014. The Club has seen it's list of teams grow from 5 to 10, to 16, to 22, and now to about 25 Complete Game teams. The growth was direct result of providing players, families, and coaches a home base and program that they can fit into. CG has always focused on Respecting the Game, Playing Hard, and a having a high level of Character! The combination of our coaching staff's knowledge, as well as a teachers approach to instruction has led to an impressive player development result, and an amazing history on helping players reach the next level of their playing career's.
Complete Game's Alumni list continues to grow each year, and is currently over 70 Players long. With only five seasons under our belt, our impressive list of college placements far exceeds other local clubs that have been around much longer than CG. Our entire mission is to get as many HS age players into College Baseball as we can! We work extremely hard to promote our players to as many college baseball coaches as possible, and to help guide players down the recruiting path.
Additionally CG provides team practices, games, tournaments, individual lessons,small group sessions, seminars, etc, to all it's players! This program has come together bit by bit, from many places. The staff at CG has a deep understanding of the game, from years of experience at the highest level, and interaction from coaches, players, and scouts over the years. All of this time in the game is channeled into the PLAN, the CULTURE, and the APPROACH, which leads to the results that we get! We are open-minded enough to continue learning, and we are wise enough to hold onto the process that has worked for decades.
Complete Game has the largest footprint in the KC area, utilizing 2 facilities..1 in North KC, and 1 in Olathe. This allows the staff to build competitive showcase teams with players from both states, and with players that live as much as 2 hours apart, and still give them access to a convenient location for practices and lessons. Our locations have shaped our club into a diverse and well rounded group of teams, players, coaches, and families. CG offers teams for all ages and levels! All players are still developing, and we want to be apart of the learning process! We can help every player get better, regardless of what level they play!
We have a Player First Approach - which is rare in the world of club baseball. We believe it is essential to the growth and success of our players. If we do our Best for the players, it will also help the team and club to be successful. Our focus is to help each player reach their potential, and find their path into college baseball.
